WE KNOW HOW TO GET CREATIVE WITH EQUIPMENT, AND IF A WORKOUT HAS A MAKE-SHIFT EQUIPMENT OPTION (SUCH AS A CHAIR), WE WILL GIVE IT TO YOU!
